Room Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Cancelled before 15 days: Advance can be adjusted within next 6 months (Confirmation of
amended booking is subject to the availability on the next desired dates. Offered tariff may
not be applicable on Black out dates like Puja, Poush Mela, Christmas, New year, Holi etc) - Cancelled before 15 days full refund for FIT bookings
- In case of Group booking on and above 5 rooms reservation cancellation days will be applicable 20 days prior to get the full advance.
- Cancellation between 14 days to 7 days 50% of the agreed amount will be charged as a
cancellation - Cancellation between 6 days and before 3 days 75% of the agreed amount will be charged
as a cancellation. - No refund will be there in case cancellation received between 72 hrs.
NB: All cancellation refund will be through Bank transfer only with in 12 working days after receiving the Bank details along with written confirmation of cancellation.
