- Check in time: 1 PM
- Check out time: 11 AM
- Half day cahrges up to 5 pm after that full day charge ( room tariff )
- Drivers accomodation chargabel ( only room )
- Child up to 6 years no charges and above full charge as an extra person
- Up to 6 years child breakfast is complimentry
- Extra bed chargable inclusive of breakfast ( roll on cots will be provided )
- Pets are not allowed ( any type )
- Outside food is not allowed inside the resort neither it will be heated
- 2 bottels of water shall be provided per day , except not on the check out day.
- Extra bottels of m water chargable
- Room will be serviced once a day and aminites shall be replanished.
- Playing of loud music is not allowed inside the room or in any common area of the resort as it may disturbe the other guests staying.
- Swimming pool timings are 6 am to 8 pm
- Swimming is allowed only with swimming costumes not with odinary clothes.
- Swimming costume is avaiable at the resort on purchase.
- Drinking is not allowed at the swimming pool deck or in common areas of the resort.
- On line food delivery items to be dropped at the reception counter and guest
- Has it collect it from reception personally. The same shall not be heated or warmed by the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in the common areas fo the resort.
- Parking of cars is at owners risk.
- Rights of admission is reserved.
- Breakfast 7.30 am to 10 am ( buffet )
- Rooms service last order is at 10 pm Dinner. Lunch 12 noon to 3 pm
- Local baul singers are not allowed inside the resort.
- During Holi colour are not allowed inside the resort.
- No firworks are allowed inside the resort.
- Room lock card to be deposited at the time of check out and while leaving the resort for local outing.
- All id documents is mandatory at the time of check in I.E. Votes / adhar/ driving licence.
- Guests are request not to hang wet clothes form the balcony.
- Outside visitor coming to meet the guest shall wait in the reception lobby.
- Rs.400 will be charged if the room lock card is lost or misplaced by guest.
- All bill to be settled at the time of check out
